If you would like to request a review of information contained in your report you may use any of the methods below to contact our Consumer Relations Department for assistance. DO NOT email (in part or whole) a credit report, rental application or any other sensitive information or paperwork about your identity.

To confirm your identity and properly research your report using Fax or Mail requests:

  • Current Address
  • Previous Address
  • Phone Number
  • Social Security Number
  • Date of Birth
  • Clear Copy of your Driver’s License or Other Form of State Issued I.D.
    Please Lighten and Enlarge the Identification Copy Before it is Sent so it is Legible.
